Hôtel près de Hoosier Heights Indianapolis, Indianapolis, Indianapolis

« This hotel was recommended as a good place to stay for families. Unfortunately when we arrived the elevator was broken. I was traveling as a single mama, I had a toddler and baby in a stroller and all our things including a pack n play that I ended up needing to carry up the stairs. I asked if someone could help me. The staff said they could not help because they could not leave the desk. They also had no high chairs in the kitchen which was a big inconvenience. The room was comfortable and...

« Towels had some stains on them and were thin and rough. Pillows were very thin and unsupportive and the bedding/mattress felt cheap. The room was otherwise clean, though is showing wear. The two room setup with a king and queen bed was a nice surprise and would be perfect for families. Price was right! »

« Let out bed was full of chips, no blanket or sheets was there for me to make bed. They did bring me sheets but no blanket, other than that everything was great we enjoyed every moment of our stay. Breakfast is good. Room was clean and comfy. Would definitely recommend. »

« Great location near many stores and restaurants. Very quiet and staff is friendly. »

« Bed sheet looked dirty, relatively well maintained property surrounding hotel. Toiletries provided were lacking. »

« We were in Indianapolis because my sister was having heart surgery, which was postponed so we went home a day and was told - near as I can tell - that we would be refunded one night, which we weren't. We had two towels and one hand towel, old, worn, and scratchy. One of which was heavily stained as if someone had used it dying their hair. No coffee maker or iron / ironing board, there was what appeared to mold where the tub and surround meet. With one exception, the staff spoke little English...

« Clean room and quick service »

« Calme, original, propre, pleins de commerces/restaurants à proximité Un petit cocon »

« Great facility Clean and nice stay »
