« I had a booked a suited for a birthday gift, for my boyfriend. Unfortunately, they had been overbooked due to many sporting events downtown, that weekend.
They were incredibly accommodating for having to change my room. I got a reduced rate, and some nice perks! The staff was very kind, beautiful view from our room, and we had a great over night get away. :)

« The room was clean and comfortable with a decent view. The only noise I heard was when there was a family above me on the second night of my stay. Nothing abnormal for a multi-story hotel. The staff was friendly and efficient. Breakfast room service was my favorite. »
« To expensive for what it is. The breakfast was included but there were missing food. There was mold in the bathroom and there was a string small of humidity in the room. »
« It's a great place to stay. This is a great place to stay. Stayed here 2 days and 2 nights. Very clean and quiet. The staff is awesome. They have a great breakfast room with decent selections. There's a Houlihans restaurant right next door they serve great lunch and dinner food. I highly recommend this hotel.đ »
« Beautiful hotel, friendly staff and very clean and beautiful room. So bad there was no one to help us with our luggages for an hotel like these. The services should be more prestigious for a 5 stars hotel. Even the breakfast was not bad but very poor.
