"I stayed at the Grand Hotel Pillows in Ghent with a group of business clients from Taiwan and booked four double rooms. From the moment we arrived, we were overwhelmed by the exceptionally warm welcome. The beautiful upgrade to a suite made our stay even more special. Rarely have I experienced such a wonderful hotel—perfectly located in the heart of Ghent, within walking distance of the city’s most beautiful monuments and excellent restaurants. "Das Zimmer war Klein aber sehr sauber und ruhig. Es fehlten jedoch kleine Handtücher und Waschlappen. Die Dusche war sehr rutschig. Das Frühstück sah ok aus (wir haben es nicht gegessen) aber der Kaffee war nicht Sehr gut. Das Personal war freundlichen und behilfsreich. Die Lage ist hervorragend aber auf Parken und LEZ muss geachtet werden."
