From the moment we checked in, our stay at this hotel was frustrating and disappointing. As soon as we used the restroom in our original room, we realized it was clogged. We called the front desk, and they said someone would be right up. After waiting 25-30 minutes with no response, I called again — only to be cut off mid-sentence with
"She's coming up right now." Still, nothing. After another 25 minutes, I called a third time, and was told, "Omg I'm so sorry, just hang tight, we'll assign you to a new room." No one ever came to look at the issue or speak to us directly. We were simply told that we would be called when the new room was ready - and we would need to go back to the front desk for new keys.
In the second room, things didn't improve.
Within 30 minutes, the power in the bathroom went out completely. The shower and fridge had visible mold, and it was clear the room hadn't been properly maintained. The front desk staff didn't seem to care much and didn't offer any real assistance. One person was seated the entire time we passed through the lobby.
Overall, this was a very poor experience. We were left to handle issues on our own, and the staff's lack of urgency or basic hospitality made it even worse. I would not recommend staying here.
