For your convenience, the home includes an on-site laundry area with detergent provided, as well as an EV charger available for guest use. There is no parking available on the shared driveway. Please park in the garage or in the two visitor spots at the entrance of the community. If no additional parking is available, then street parking

The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook and entertain, including a Ninja blender, Instant Pot, Keurig coffee maker, wine glasses, and a full set of pots, pans, plates, and cutlery.

The living room is designed for entertainment, featuring a large sectional sofa, a 75-inch QLED TV, and a sound system—perfect for movie nights or watching your favorite games in style.

Guests will have full access to the entire 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath home, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, dining area, and living spaces. The home is designed for comfort and privacy, making it ideal for families, groups, or business travelers.
