Following the second bedroom, with two twin-sized beds, is the laundry room to your right along the same wall where the thermostat is located. Following the hall is the large kitchen with full-sized stainless steel apartments, equipped with porcelain dinnerware. The dining area has a bistro-styled table and 4 matching chairs. The living room is furnished with a sofa, chair, coffee table, and a large flat-screen television equipped with Roku and other streaming applications. The master bedroom is furnished with a large king bed, and walk-in closet and includes an en suite bath. The en suite bath has a shower tub combination and a double sink vanity.



The Neighborhood:

Located in the Uptown district, this home is central to restaurants, shopping at the Galleria and Memorial Park. Downtown, Midtown and the Medical Center are a short 20 minute drive. This home includes access to the outdoor rooftop lounge with areial views of Uptown and Downtown.



Getting Around:

There is a public bus transit stop located conveniently across the street on Mid Lane and Westheimer Road.

- We allow pets per request and extra charges will apply. - The parking spot can be located in another building of the complex, being more than 10 minutes walk from the assigned unit.
