- Maximum occupancy is 12 people, including visitors.
- No parties, events, or unauthorized gatherings.
- All overnight guests must be included in the reservation.
- Additional visitors require prior approval.

Smoke-Free & Pet-Free Property
- No smoking or vaping inside the home.
- No pets or emotional support animals (ESAs).
- These policies help us maintain a clean and allergy-conscious environment for future guests.

Quiet Hours
Please respect our neighbors and observe the designated quiet hours. This is a peaceful residential community, and excessive noise or disruptive behavior is not permitted.

Thermostat Settings
For the comfort of our guests and the proper operation of our home's HVAC system, we maintain the following thermostat guidelines:

- Summer: Please keep the thermostat set to 72°F or higher.
- Winter: Please keep the thermostat set to 72°F or lower.

Parking
- Driveway parking only, with a maximum of 4 vehicles.
- No garage access is provided.

Lakefront Safety
Our home is located directly on the lake. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times when outdoors near the water, dock, or backyard.

Please use the kayak and pedal boat responsibly.

Property Care
Guests are responsible for any damage, excessive cleaning, or additional costs resulting from violations of the house rules, subject to Vrbo's applicable policies.

Serious or repeated violations may result in the reservation being terminated in accordance with Vrbo's policies.

Check-In & Check-Out
Standard check-in and check-out times apply.

Approved early check-in or late check-out requests are subject to availability and a fee of $20 per hour.
