„We stayed at Happy House in Roedean for a few days in mid-November. It was a terrific experience. The house is beautifully placed, about a mile and half away from Brighton Town centre. This gives the home a sense of apart-ness whilst being in easy reach of the town. The house is tastefully decorated and features everything that one would need for an excellent stay, including parking. It also benefits from unspoilt views of the sea.“

„Absolutely amazing place to stay. Ten minutes from the front and town. Loads to do on the south coast. And the holiday let it’s self well what can I say but it’s perfect. Set on top of a hill with views for miles, quiet even though a working farm. Pigs and chickens to make you smile. Beautiful cottage with everything you may need, stunningly decorated and maintained! 10/10! Couldn’t recommend any higher. A MUST STAY!!!!“

„This lovely cottage proved the ideal venue for our family to get together for a special birthday celebration. Plenty of room for 6 adults, and we appreciated the large dining table. Whole property immaculately clean and equipped with everything we could have wished for. Beautifully furnished and very warm and cosy for an old cottage. Wish it had been summer to take advantage of the lovely garden too! Plenty of places to visit and explore nearby.“

„Hübsches, kleines Häuschen in der Nature. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Ansich in guter Lage. Mit dem Auto leicht zu erreichen. Der nächste Bahnhof ist mit dem Auto 5 min weg. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ca.10 min. Wir empfehlen es gerne weiter.“

„The property had all we needed for a two nights stay apart from extra bedding for bed-settee. In our party we had 3 grown females and one male so we needed other sleeping room. Fortunately I bought with me an extra pillow and a small duvet. I did request extra bedding on application form. This did not prevent us from having a satisfactory stay.“

„The property was immaculate, well equipped with helpful and friendly owners on site. The rear of the property had picnic tables available in a good garden , plus access to a grass field where we and our grand children could play games. The downside of the location was the busy main road in front of the property - a hazard for small children.
