âAbsolutely lovely little spa hotel, staff are friendly and attentive and the brought-to-room breakfast is lovely, room was clean, warm and modern with great tea and coffee facilities, nearby to lots of cute attractions and easy to access, you can even book treatments last minute at the spa, would certainly book again especially for the fair room and treatment pricing â

âThe property far exceeded our expectations, clean, tidy and warm, it is located in a quiet location on the grounds away from the main house any you feel like your totally self contained. The owner lets you be, and sent just a couple of courteous emails in case we wanted things like change of towels. the property is only about 7min drive to the centre of Canterbury. â
âWe stayed here for just one night whilst we were visiting friends in Herne Bay and we will stay again! It was so convenient, there was parking around the back, and the hosts were lovely. We stayed in Room 3 which was massive! It had a little lounge area, a lovely bathroom and the bedroom area was big as well with plenty of room to get ready. There was also a fan in the room which was appreciated! Breakfast was lovely and the choice was really good. We canât recommend this place enough. â
âA lovely small hotel in the very center of Canterbury. It is an old, cozy building very well maintained, spotlessly clean and the owners are extremely hospitable. Breakfast included. Beds comfortable and it was quiet, everything was more than I expected and I'd definitively recommend staying there.â

"The Walnut Tree Cottage is exactly how it's described in the details, as are the surroundings. It's comfy with lots of space, is well equiped and the garden is spacious, secluded and the fence is a plus for dog owners. We were so happy that our two Ridgeback boys weren't only tolerated but welcomed! Another big plus for dog owners is the lovely countryside with lots of options for hikes. James is a lovely guy and was always there when we had a question or asked a favor but other than that he aimed to let his guests have a quiet and unbothered stay. Seriously great host! Dear James, just like the first stay we felt so welcome. Thank you so much for another wonderful stay at your Walmut Tree Cottage!"
