« Stayed here while exploring Shanghai — fast check-in, friendly front desk, and an upgrade sorted. Design is sleek and artsy — gorgeous lobby, cool art pieces, a lovely scent everywhere. The room was massive — huge bed, comfy pillows, blackout curtains; I slept through my alarm twice. Spotlessly clean daily; housekeeping even tidied our stuff. Big bathroom, deep soaking tub, great rain shower, nice toiletries. Great soundproofing, fast Wi-Fi, coffee machine. River view — the Huangpu at dusk,...

« Hotel is overpriced, a bit dated, old carpet with stains…. Rooms are very small due to the nature of the building. Worst of all was the michelin star restaurant that served a 1000$ meal with undercooked fish and only thing was an apology and free desert to compensate for 3 fishes completely undercooked. Rest of our stay we dined outside and is not worth any michelin star. Breakfast is very nice however. »

« The stuff was really reactive, and the room was as described »

« Our stay at the Thompson Shanghai was generally very comfortable. The room was spacious, modern, and the beds were very comfortable. However, considering the relatively high room rate, we were quite disappointed that breakfast was not included. At this price level, we expected breakfast to be part of the stay, so this was the main downside for us. »

« Location, sevice et présentation »

« The rooms are quite charming, despite the vintage-looking furniture. The breakfast is excellent, and the staff is incredibly helpful. The concierge, in particular, was very friendly and spoke good English. They even helped me get a private taxi to Wuxi. »

« Le métro est a a la sortie de l'hotel tres bon point . Emplacement un peut loin des magasin est resto . Pas de restauration hallal alors faut manger que Vegetarien. »

« Me gustó. Solo esta muy lejos de todo »

« Our family stayed in this two-bedroom apartment in Xujiahui and appreciated being close to both modern conveniences and historic landmarks. We visited Xujiahui Cathedral and the Zikawei Library, where the architecture and public spaces reflect the district’s long history of cultural exchange. The apartment was bright, clean and suitable for a family, with separate bedrooms, a useful kitchen, a refrigerator, a washing machine and drying facilities. The bathroom was well maintained and daily...

« Convenient location »

« They don’t clean the room if you stay more than one day and their pluming system seems too old with bad odor. »
