« Everything was perfect for our stay. The dock for our boat was very nice had everything we needed inside and outside the property. The people were so friendly and gave us many suggestions for around town . We will be back very soon ! »

« This was a great place to stay! Close to town, the beaches, and trails in a great neighborhood. »

« Easy walks to local restaurants. The beach was nice. Enjoyed relaxing in the Adirondack chairs/loungers watching the activity on the water and on Sandy Hook’s bay beaches. Centrally located to a variety of things, including taking the Seastreak ferry into Manhattan. Appreciated the available parking for our rental car as grocery stores and such are a bit too far to walk. But it’s worth it to be on the beach. 😀. Thank you Dennis for creating this space. »

« You only learned after booking that the owner would be in the basement at all times and moving cars around constantly. That was not explained in the listing. He also mowed the lawn while we were there, which was not pleasant while trying to nap. The keypad to enter the home doesn’t work properly and you have to type the code multiple times to finally enter. The beds are not comfortable at all. With the price of this location, the beds should be worth the price. The window fans do not keep the...
