« The room was huge - one bedrm with a king bed, lots of drawers, a closet, a desk and a tv. A livingroom with a couch, two comfy armchairs and tv. Yet, it is described as a 'solo' room meaning it is for one person - We had to pay an extra $50 for my partner which I thought was odd! « I very much enjoyed my stay at the Hideaway in Lenox. The facility is charming, cozy, and clean. The problem was checking in. The link they sent me did not work. I was able to get in touch with someone over the phone, but it took some time and the agent was difficult to understand. I found the check-in process to be stressful. After we got over this part, the day was very pleasant, and I would definitely go back in the future. »
