« The owner is very very nice. We biked from nyc, and heading to upstate NY. We booked this hotel at the last minute because it's close to empire State trail. The room is quiet and clean. The owner allowed my kids to pick the strawberry, raspberries and tomatoes. Everything tasted so sweet right off the vine. This literally made their day. The hot tub was so nice after whole day of biking. The ice cream that the owner made was delicious. I highly recommend this hotel if you stay in this...

« Eva was an amazing host and an incredible cook! We didn't know what to expect, but the place is beautiful, quiet, comfortable and clean and her hospitality and friendliness above and beyond. It's close to a few towns but also close to a lot of must see nature areas. We would definitely stay there again! »

« Nice little place with well appointed furnishings. Could use a little freshening. Also during our stay we had no human contact with property staff. We picked up our key in an envelope left outside the office and put it in a mailbox when we left. »

« Window very very dirty. No Kitchenette counter available as the microwave is too big . It’s a pity cause there are superb coffe machine and kettles we have to put on the floor to use . All the rest was very good »
