« The worst experience ever in homestay. Full of crocroaches, been seen few crocroaches running around and death crocroaches. Unit was with dusty furniture, old equipment need to be refurbish and renovate. Worst service, welcome message is request deposit, indicate left items need charge, early check in and late check out need to be charge. « The staff is not responsible, 1st day did not his clean up and service the room. 2nd day, did not do his duty at all. When feedback, he hide behind the counter and leverage his Chinese drink stall staff to teach me a lesson. Thank you for the wonderful lesson from the drink store guy protect the irresponsible hotel staff. »
