« We thought the room was not worth the price. It was a bit shabby and lacked the extras with a room that price. Early evening we saw two rats outside on our patio. There was a lack of staff at certain times and this was communicated to us when asking for breakfast. The bar and gardens were lovely, they were very helpful with our food choices but the Sticky toffee pudding was not to a good standard. »

« This roadside pub with inn above was so convenient for my stopover to Highclere Castle, it’s a shame I didn't have more time there. The staff is friendly, the room is comfortable and quiet, the shower has great water pressure. »

« The staff were very friendly, and made us feel at home! The room was cozy and the view was beautiful, though the road outside was rather noisy, but it dies down after dark. I was hooked on the Cotswold Stout while we were there, and the town absolutely won our hearts! Highly recommended The Bear if you're around Marlborough! »

« Chambre géniale sur la rue, au-dessus du pub, mais aucun problème de bruit... j'y étais un jeudi soir, le vendredi doit être plus problématique à cause du marché du samedi matin.. chambre magnifique mobilier de style mais avec confort moderne, avec télé écran plat de bonne dimension (ce qui est rare quand même) lit king size très confortable, tout est très propre, salle de bains refaite à neuf très bien éclairée avec baignoire.
