« Although the room was clean, we did not receive cleaning services for two of the three nights that we stayed. It seemed as if our entire floor was skipped the second night. Other than that, it was a great experience. »

Una quedó mal tendida con las sábanas sueltas. El jacuzzi no estaba funcionando, información que no supimos y nos habría gustado disfrutar ese espacio. Los niños gozaron la alberca. Los restaurantes buenos. En general, agradable estacia. »

« This hotel is next to an event space that played extremely loud music all night way into the morning. I was unable to get any rest. I checked out in the middle of the night. As I was checking out I was told that I could not be refunded for my stay. I stated that I was not trying to get a refund I just wanted to check out. I was not offered any type of discount and no apology. I feel like the situation could have been handled differently. I wouldn’t stay here again. »

« The walk in shower was nice but, it was so slippery and the shower door should have had an handle on it instead of one very small nob which is an safety issue. »

« It is the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. The second room wasn’t used as our friends rather drive 2 hours back home before staying there. Was it the blood sined sheet in both rooms (I have pictures of it all), the burners was in the sink didn’t work, tv no remote and they said they don’t have it and no way to turn on tv, my second room had tape that held on the window and the locks wear dangling and with 1/4 inch gap on the door opening made it wonderful for people to look into. Very sketch...

« Bien que situé en dehors de la ville, l'hôtel est proche de plusieurs commerces et restaurants. Centre-ville accessible par bus (40 mn environ). Plus proche arrêt à 10 mn à pied. »

« We (2) stayed in The Room 407 for 3 nights. I liked the kitchenette. The building is old and you can smell that in the ambience. The floor of the room was kind of sticky and I didn’t feel safe walking barefoot. I wish they supply more towels and kitchen supplies locally I brought my own just in case. I will never stay in this hotel again. And the only reason is because of the old smell in the room »

« Room was really clean and cool. Can tell the property is new and there’s nothing wrong with that. Great TV with remote. Nice little balcony area. The music for the bar is loud and runs late but if you’re used to that then you’ll be fine. No mini fridge, coffee maker, or microwave. Those are my only complaints. And it would be cool to have ice available at all times. »
