I Had To Pay Again!!!! I called and spoke to a lady named Julie around 3pm Saturday, January 3rd. I explained to her that I would not be able make it on time there to check in that day. I explained that I would not arrive until the next morning around 6am. She told me it was fine and she would make a note of it. When I arrived that morning the clerk told be that since I didn’t check in that the reservation was auto deleted and they had no records of the reservation and that I paid in full already. He said that Julie has only worked there for a month and didn’t know the policy. I’m still had to pay twice!!!
