Gefallen hat uns,das es eine wunderschöne Anlage war. Gefallen hat uns nicht dass wir Frühstück gebucht haben nach ewigen hinundher,endlich nach 2tagen der Ankunft das Frühstück auf unserem Zimmer einnehmen konnten.wir hatten auch das gefühl dass man uns nicht wirklich verstehen wollte.

Please - Correct the hotel address at the internet and the “visentenkarte”, it is difficult for adventure providers to find the pickup location. generalize extra-price information and include extra-service information from current advertising (for example, room cleaning). Uninstall power-control-system in the room, as alarm annoying at no credits in the night is terror for the mind. Align satellite canel tv with german channels. also for self-catering traveling, offer lunch packages from the hotel itself (possible extra service). In the front of Hotel are many construction rouinen around the road are also the way on the road signs with a simple placat, this can be helpful for the taxidriver. cleaning of the climate system, through this mosquitoes come into the rooms (sorry for the blood stain on the duvet cover, the mosquito was awful). the service peronal is the perfect personal ever, they will find at day as night a workable solution for everything. I am grateful for the exhausting- but that was a nice stay and hope that the pre-cleaning of the room was acceptable. the dishes of the previous was a little bit tenants. I would like to prepare you, for successive guests, sufficient toilet paper and detergent, and a towel to dry ready to lay. Bye Mr. Lechner

Der manglede håndsæbe. Der var ingen rengøring på vores værelse under opholdet, så vi manglede også wc papir til sidst. Maden var dårlig. Og morgenmaden tog de over en halv time om at komme med, selvom vi var de eneste gæster på hotellet. Sengen og hovedpuden var meget hård, så vi sov rigtig dårligt. Men personalet var rigtig søde og venlige i receptionen, og i restauranten!

Dear Michala, It was our pleasure to host you in our property Royal Beach Resort - Hurghada. As it was your first time to stay at Royal Beach Resort, we upgraded your accommodation from junior studio to a pool - Sea Studio. About the missing stuff inside the studio, if you requested, you would have been served. As for the food and the breakfast, your reservation was continental breakfast only, and that was ready, but you preferred to change it to another, and as we serve fresh food our chef cook it for you which take some time. Wish to see you again at Royal beach Resort at anytime

完全未完成的酒店
整個酒店200間房看來只有5至10間是出租..我門口的走廊的燈是未完成..令整條酒廊都很暗很不安！出租圖中有煮食爐但沒提供..到大堂詢問..整天只是回答你「處理中」..但毫無改善.. 我間房是在盡頭..加上沒燈在走廊..左右房間均沒住客..要求轉房..但他們每次都是回答「我會幫助你轉房」..但我入住了4天！足足4天！根本沒改變！

Amazing place with a promotional price
The hotel is brand new. So you can stay alone and quiet. The stuff is very helpful but most of them are trainees, they are learning because they don't have experience at all.
