Great resort and lodging!

We had a group of teens we were chaperoning for this stay and they could not get over how great this place was!! It was perfect for our group that needed two separate bunk rooms and plenty of bathrooms. Every space of this rental was used. The kitchen was perfect and one of the most well stocked kitchens we've ever stayed at. The huge island was perfect for setting out meals for a large group and the dining table was ureal seating all 23 teens at the same time!!! It was nice being close to both the pool and the grass area with pickleball and the quaint English charm came through in the resort. Location was great for us and we had a blast. The owner was helpful and responsive when we had a fairly major issue (self-created) and we were very happy with our stay overall and highly recommend it for large groups!!!!

Excellent, clean, spacious accomodations

Our stay was very pleasant. I wish we could have stayed longer. Everything was immaculately clean. The kitchen was well equipped to handle the cooking we were doing for a large group. The top floor got a bit warm (even in May) and could get uncomfortable at night as the guidelines are to not drop the temp below 72 and the AC had a hard time keeping up with that many bodies in one room. The one complaint that I would like to have resolved was that the bathroom doors did not lock--a problem with little kids who don't know how to knock before entering. Communication with the host was fast and polite. Would stay again.

Sand Hollow

We enjoyed the large kitchen and had many meals there and played lots of UNO and other card games. The location to Sand Hollow was appreciated by our group as they do rock crawling and the off street parking was perfect for parking the truck and trailers. We all enjoyed the pool and riding bikes around the neighborhood.

THIS IS THE WAY!!!!

Where do I even start? Our Rugby Club consist of 23 boys(ages 15-18) and 8 staff members. This house was PERFECT for our rugby team. The boys had their own area which were the 2 bunk rooms both with their own bathrooms(AMAZING). The staff had their own master rooms(SPACIOUS). The King size beds are 5 star comfort. That Kitchen is AMAZING with that AWESOME BIG table. The boys made use of the hot tub every night after their game. We watched film as a team in the 1st floor living area then the boys watched film on their own in thier bunk rooms. Our team moms loved all the extra towels. The kitchen that had everything we needed to cook and prep food for the team. ALL the showers had a bottle of bodywash, shampoo and conditioner.Natashas communication was on point. She replied with in minutes of our questions even if it was at midnight or 5 in the morning. Definitely will use this location again while in southern Utah for any sports or family events. MAHALO!!!

We took the good with the bad in this home!

There were plenty of things to love about this home and neighborhood. The community pool and hot tub were fun. The pickleball courts were lighted at night. Our family played a fun kickball game in the big open, grassy area just steps from our front door. The house had so much room! Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for all of us to stay in comfort. And the kitchen had place settings for 40 people. So awesome! There were a few things that really detracted from our experience. The internet was horrible. One family member was kicked off of three work calls due to bad internet. We couldn’t watch shows on any of the TVs or stream anything from our phones. There were three light bulbs burned out in the home. I texted the property management company and they replaced one of the three. The two light bulbs they never replaced were over the kitchen table so we had to eat in relative darkness. The biggest disappointment was with the swim spa. It wasn’t working and we specifically rented the home for access to a private pool. I communicated with the rental company my concern that the pool was inoperable and asked for some money back since the house was advertised with having a pool. They said they would comp me a very small amount back, but never did. Because of the pool and internet issue, I wouldn’t rent the house again.

Perfect Southern Utah Getaway

We gathered here to celebrate Thanksgiving with my extended family. This place was perfect! There was room for everyone, and enough space for the kids to spread out and play. All 23 of us fit around the huge kitchen table. We loved the neighborhood with a swimming pool, fitness center, grassy field, and lighted pickleball courts.

Girls Camp 3 Night Stay

We stayed for a church camp Pros- large space -bunk rooms were cool - good location -fun pool Cons- AC is LOUD -upon arrival floors were dirty (made feet black) -things were broken upon arrival (toilet, sink) -didn’t report one thing that was broken and was charged almost $200 for something we didn’t break -no room to just hang out in (weird layout) -didn’t have enough supplies and when asked for them they never showed up.

Such a great property for large groups!

This is our second year at this property for our sorority's retreat and we always have a blast! There is lots of outdoor space around the neighborhood, the house is in a perfect location, and is big enough to fit my entire sorority comfortably! I highly recommend this property for any type of getaway!

Nice place to stay

This house met most of our needs. There were more than enough beds and the kitchen was amazing, beautiful and fully stocked. We had a couple of issues and management was quick to respond. Our only suggestions would be to put in shower caddies over the shower head. You have to put all your shower things on the ground which for the elderly was a challenge. The beds were very very firm so just be prepared for that.

Perfect for family reunion

The Villa was clean and beautiful! It accomodate our family reunion of 28 peoples of various ages. We had everything we needed to relax, play games & prepare meals. The pool was very close and shallow enough to let parents relax. Would highly recommend for large families interested in exploring southern Utah.

Great House for Groups

It was perfect for the large group that we had. There were plenty of bedrooms for the adults and tons of bunk beds for the kids. It was very spacious, and the kids loved staying in the large bunk spaces together. With a house that big, sleeping that many people, it wasn't surprising we had a few hiccups. When we arrived, one of the showers wasn't working, but mgmt responded quickly and got it fixed right away. The next morning, we found that the outlets in the kitchen weren't working. After searching around a bit, we found the breaker box outside and were able to re-set the breaker, and they worked great after that. The night before we left, we discovered that the hot water in the bathrooms wasn't working. We initially thought we just ran out of hot water with lots of people showering after swimming, but we never got hot water again for the rest of the night. We didn't bother contacting mgmt about it because we were all done showering and were leaving early the next morning. We also had another shower do the same thing that the other shower did on the first day and quit working. But again, we were done with the showers, so we didn't worry about it. But mgmt was always so quick to respond when we needed anything, that I have no doubt they would have responded right away to get things fixed if we needed. We texted them about the issues before we left so they knew. Even though there were a few issues, I would definitely stay again!

Family Vacation

We ended up having 26 people and this place was more than big enough to allow us to spread out and not be on top of each other. Beds were super comfy. The hot tub was very nice end to our days. Loved that we could all eat dinner together and when we played board games we could have multiple games going around the table. Home was clean. Would stay here again for sure.

Great family get away.

We loved the two large bedrooms. We used one for the older kids (14-19 yrs) and one for the younger (2 - 11 Yrs) both giving space to hang out or rest. The adult couples had their own rooms and privacy. The kitchen was a great mingle place that allowed space to enjoy our meals. We loved the swimming area. It was great for all ages. We also enjoyed the pickleball court. The neighborhood was quiet and a beautiful place to take a walk.

plenty of room for our large family.

We had 24 people there and had plenty of room for all..place was clean ,had lots of tv's which helped pacify the younger ones, and the large table made it so we could all eat and visit around it.. Overall we were pleased and will return.
