« Le propriétaire très gentil. Le cottage est sublime. Tout en bois quel charme. Le jacuzzi sur la terrasse est génial et possibilité de régler la température pas comme tous les cottages d’Islande ou ils sont souvent bouillants. Petite maison cocooning. « I loved this cottage and was so sad to leave! I have never stayed at such a comfortable and cozy place. We arrived late at night and it was such a breath of fresh air walking into the cottage. Everything was just perfect. The beds and bedding were so comfortable. We were close to the golden circle and south coast so a slow exploration of the area was possible. »

« Vi havde et dejlig ophold i den hyggelige, store hytte #1. Den lidt ældre hytte havde sin helt egen charme og var meget pæn og rengjordt ved ankomst. Børnene elskede den store hems hvor de sov og kunne se ned til det store køkken/alrum. Selve køkkenet var godt indrettet med stort køleskab, 4 kogeplader, ovn og vask. Vi har dog savnet nogle køkkenredskaber som fx. en palet eller en osteskærer. Hvis man har tænkt sig at booke et længere ophold i hytten er det måske godt at vide at der ikke er...

« It was a very nice cottage in a great location. It is definitely small house living but was plenty big enough for my wife and I. The kitchen was well stocked and everything was in very good condition. The living area was well windowed and the views were spectacular. Very peaceful and serene, but not too far from a bunch of really good eating places as well as Selfoss, which was a much larger town than I expected. »
