My group of 10 had an amazing experience at the Porch. The cabin had an amazing layout that allowed us to celebrate my 50th birthday in style. Working with the hosts was easy. They provided a quick response to my inquiries and were accommodating for my request.

Wonderful Amenities

The house is nicely arranged, very clean and is in a quiet location. The kitchen is well stocked with cookware and serving dishes. There was firewood for the fire pit which we all enjoyed. There is also a gaga ball court, shuffleboard, corn hole, pool table and a hot tub. There were 16 adults and 4 kids in our party and we were all entertained. The property manager responded quickly to my questions and provided lots of information about the house and surrounding area.

Cabin stocked with anything you might need. Very nice in every way. Really enjoyed all the amenities. Great location although roads had a lot of potholes to maneuver through.

Lovely Stay in The Porch

We had an absolutely lovely time staying at the Porch in mid-June. We were a group of 19 adults, teens and kids. There was something for all the age groups to do. Loved the game room with the pool tables and the arcade. Had hours of fun in there. The backyard with the swing set was perfect for the little ones. Both the evenings were spent sitting around the firepit. The seating around it was just perfect. Marshmallows, smores, running after fireflies, such good fun. The sleeping arrangements worked out perfectly for the four families. Four bedrooms with king beds fit the couples and the kids just loved the rooms with the bunk beds. The hosts were very welcoming. Julie responded to every query promptly. She was very informative about the area as well. This place is a hidden gem. We will definitely be back and staying here the next time are in Broken Bow.

This is a Great Place for a large Family to stay! Large enough to be close together, yet have adult time & kid time separately! Loved the indoor games, relaxing Hot Tub Time & backyard fire pit atmosphere! Highly recommend!

Bachelor Party Trip

This place was perfect, I don’t think there is anything else they could do to improve the property or the experience. The property manager was phenomenal. She was going out of country as we were arriving to the property - we had a question for her and didn’t expect a response until sometime the next day, she got back to us within an hour and had her crew out for us right away. We would definitely recommend this owner/ property manager and their property to anyone looking for a get away - family and/ or friends. Beautiful state park nearby, a couple breweries and wineries, unbelievable views, and friendly neighbors all around.

Great property for 4 family getaway

4 family weekend getaway with 8 adults and 11 children of varying ages, nice sized house for the group. Pool table, shuffleboard table, and pac man game got a lot of use. Very nice property, we would stay there again without hesitation.

Wonderful spacious cabin for our entire family!

Well informed and easy communication from the owner. All the amenities we we’re looking for! Equipped with full kitchen, grill, seating, bathrooms attached to every bedroom. Playground equipment the grandchildren enjoyed. We enjoyed cooking and grilling each night. Highly recommend this place and definitely would stay here again!

The owners are fabulous. Search and booking process was easy. Answered all my questions as we had a unique group not a family situation stay. We had a few minor issues and the maintenance came out the next morning to check it out. Resolved properly and timely. Furnishings and beds are ultra comfortable. Bath and living/kitchen are spacious. We flowed easily from kitchen to dining to living room with 16 adults. Porch space is phenomenal. Hot tub. Fireplace. Rockers. Back yard. Fire pit. Swing-set all up to par. If I absolutely had to have a negative it wouldn’t be about the property but the roads. They need some work. But this did not distract or take away from out stay.

Our group enjoyed our stay at The Porch so much!! The house accommodated 4 families perfectly! It was clean and stocked well with a variety of linens, pillows, blankets, towels, etc. We had plenty of kitchen gadgets to prepare meals at the house along with plenty of room for the adults and kids of various ages to play and hangout. The location of the house allows easy access to restaurants and excursions, as well.
