„The house is new and modern, with good array of cooking utensils and linens. Floor plan upstairs is odd. The master bedroom is open to the downstairs (loft style), so it lacks privacy. The upstairs bathroom is at the end of the master suite so people sleeping in the other bedroom have to walk through the master bedroom to use the facilities (or go downstairs). The floor plan is best for people who are comfortable sharing sleeping and bathroom spaces. No early check-in. “

„Loud dog, bed in master 1st floor sharp edges. Cut major leg opening and entry fireplace rise at door can trip. We are 82 and 75 and these items should be explained. Need rubber corners on that bed.“

The host, Mark, was easy to contact for any questions and checked on us throughout our stay to ensure we had a wonderful time. Check in was easy, and communication was great. „It was ok, the pool is super small. Way smaller than the pictures. Most of their images is AI for sure. All the lounge chairs are literally right up against my window. I hated it. I heard every conversation, non stop screaming kids. I was miserable in that room. To have a lounge area right outside your window is definitely not a smart layout. If you can find something similar in price I would go for the other property.“

„Great pool with a really lovely view of the mountains! The shallow end was perfect for our 4 year old to wade around without floaties. The hot tub water was a little cloudy but it wasn't too much of a bother for us personally. Just as a suggestion! I think it would be great to have walking pavers added to the space between the lounge chairs and the pool cause it is walking across pebbles otherwise. But the back yard is really beautiful and the guava fruit growing on the tree was soooo juicy and ...

„This home was huge like 1300 square feet. It's across the street from Target and Trader Joe's, it's like a 10 min walk, or 2 min drive. We stayed here during Coachella weekend. It is a 35 min drive to the festival grounds. 2 large bedrooms and bathrooms. One bedroom and bathroom on the first floor with a door. One bedroom on the 2nd floor but there is no door which is odd, the stairs are winding so there is privacy. The 2nd floor gets a ton of sunlight during the day and can wake you up in the ...
