We stayed at this property as a family of 2 parents/young child checking in on a Friday and out on a Monday during the month of October.What we loved: If what you are looking for is distance to the ocean and a view, this property is IT! Steps from the ocean with a convenient foot wash and lighted path. The living room sliding doors look out directly to the ocean which was stunning. The decor was cute and the condo was well furnished with everything you would need, including hand soap and shower toiletries. The TV had plenty of channels to choose from and the pull out couch worked well for our young child. There are drug stores, grocery stores, and gas stations nearby for convenience.Where we wish the property would invest: New pillows (all the spare pillows for the pull out couch were stained) and mattress (very lumpy and not comfortable). The bathroom sink/vanity is separate from the shower/toilet and is essentially unusable as the water comes out in a slow dribble. This slow dribble has been its status/condition for some time as evidenced by the hard water stains on the faucet itself. We would love to see one of the two closets freed up for clothing storage or invest in luggage stands. The closets were filled with cleaning supplies and beach items. Finally, if you are sensitive to light when you sleep, be prepared to drape a blanket over the window in the bedroom as there are not blackout curtains.
