« rooms were ok. staff was courteous and nice. courtesy breakfast is sub-standard. I suspect the eggs were from a prepackaged powder where they just whip it up prior to heating it. swimming pool looked just ok…I just don’t know how often they change the water. Was disappointed with the chain being cheap with no courtesy bottled water for their guests. »

« The property was well lit and clean. The service and property employees were helpful and I felt heard and seen. They answered all question I had. They are very friendly and wonderfully informative. The breakfast was really good and had a nice variety of breakfast. They had the best eggs I have ever had in a hotel. I would definetly recommend this hotel. »

« I asked for a call back from corporate. I was told I would be contacted 24 hours later and never was I submitted photos of a bed that had blood on it. I complained that the person at the front desk never even asked me for identification, and I had to tell her she needed to give it to me. She did not even take a credit card. I complained to management the next day The telephone in the room did not work The person above me for 9 straight hours was jump, jumping and running across the room. No...

« We only stayed for a night during Indy but everything went well. Rooms were big and clean. Included all necessities. Hotel was well kept and staff helpful. Decent breakfast: we missed the happy hour (that included complimentary door and drink) but I was suprised this was offered. Overall a nice stay. »
