Hôtel sans prétention avec le strict minimum
La moquette dans la chambre était assez sale , les chambres assez vieillottes , une odeur assez désagréable se dégageait de l'air conditionné , petit déjeuner "du pauvre" hormis des gaufres , tout ce qui est présenté au petit-déjeuner est "bon marché" , un point positif : situé à côté d'un cracker barell et d'un KFC , personnel peu accueillant , on entend la route et les sanitaires des autres chambres .

I liked that in the mornings they had a nice breakfast and by the front door they had bananas and bottles of water that you could grab one of each on your way out for the day. It was quiet at night so you are able to get a good night's rest. I liked the goose that hung out up-front, like their own little hotel pet.

The person at the fron desk was friendly at check-in but the actual room itself was dirty, dirty sheets, dirty towels, and it was probably a while since it was last vacuumed. Would definitely not recommend this hotel to anyone.

I found that the room was just ok. The toilet seat was broke and came off when need to use. There were no grab bars to lower oneself when needed. The vanity cold water faucet was broke. I have an artificial hip and when I turned on the water the tub filled with water and became slick with soap scum. I was afraid I was going to fall and injury myself. There were no grab bars in the shower so there was nothing to hold on to keep my balance. I will not return any more to this hotel.

The property was very dirty. I work night shift I got there after nine did not get to sleep till probably 9:45 AM and I had asked about staying longer than check out and was told it would cost more and I understand. I put the do not disturb sign on the outside of my door and went to sleep. At noon I heard the click of the lock on my door and someone opened it. Thankfully, I had the safety thing on it, and they could only open it so far. And they left it that way - OPEN! Needless to say I was terrified so with less than three hours sleep I got up got ready and got out of there. I explained it to the gentleman at the desk and he said he wasn’t charging me for the extra time after check out. He told me he had taken $100 deposit so I was good to go. I asked for a receipt and he had charged me $55 and something over and above what I had already paid the night before when we used Expedia to book the room. I can attach pictures of the filthy room and I also took a picture of the door how I found it. I would never stay there again, and I would never recommend it!!

This property was not clean what so ever. Our room was not clean. There was hair and dirt in the tub. The shower curtain had multiple stains all over it. Our bed had a big blood stain. So I took pictures of everything and showed the staff and we asked if we could move rooms and they let us move rooms and our second room also had a big blood stain on the mattress. The TV was broken and the shower was still filthy. We did not enjoy our stay whatsoever.

What an extremely affordable place to stay! The rooms were recently updated. There were a few items still in process but the rooms were clean and beds comfy. The staff was extremely friendly. Breakfast starts nice and early even on the weekends. We also loved the fact that the room had a microwave and fridge with an actual freezer compartment. We have another trip to Indy next month and will definitely come back.

Terrible place will not stay there again!
There were holes in the walls the front desk guys were not the nicest at all! It smelled like weed through the whole hotel and we stayed there due to an allergy to smoke and that was not an easy weekend
