Built in July 2026 and finished with thoughtful upgrades throughout, this home is new from the ground up. Every appliance, every piece of furniture and every finishing touch is brand new, so it feels fresh, clean and effortless the moment you walk in.

The backyard is currently under development and is not available for guest use. We're building it out with new outdoor features, and we'll update this listing once it's complete. In the meantime, all of the living space, the game room and every bedroom are ready for you to enjoy.

This is a non-smoking home. Smoking is allowed outside only. Smoking inside the home is strictly prohibited. If smoke odor is detected after checkout, a $400 fee will be charged to cover professional odor removal and additional cleaning.

Cameras are located outside the property only, for security purposes only: 1 at the front, 2 on the sides and 1 in the back. None are inside.
