This limit is mandated by our CITQ permit and municipal regulations. Exceeding this limit is strictly prohibited, even temporarily or for visitors who are not staying overnight.

Failure to comply with this rule will result in immediate eviction without refund and may lead to additional charges. Outdoor security cameras are in place to verify compliance with this regulation.
