« This is incredibly conveniently located; it’s about a 5-minute walk from UB south campus, Dunkin’, grocery stores and drugstores. Very easy access to highways. Safe neighborhood and the owner is very responsive to messages. »

« Property basically met our needs, we each had a comfortable room to sleep in and 2 full bathrooms made it easy for 3 to get ready for the day. My brother has owned rental property and he was very uneasy about the inside stair depth and lack of railing. We were always very cautious using them. I was also uneasy in the neighborhood where, in fact, a house nearby did actually catch fire which was a noisy and unsettling event. « We had a group of six couples with one toddler. The property was a perfect fit for us. Having three full bathrooms and four bedrooms was ideal. Two bedrooms with attached bathrooms have shower stalls, the third bathroom has a tub/shower and is located off the kitchen. The layout of the bedrooms was also ideal for us, with the two bedrooms with baths attached on one side of the house and the other two bedrooms on the other side with the communal areas in between.
