The parking lot and driveway is shared with another rental house next door. No smoking inside the house please!

We have a fire pit, gas grill with huge picnic table. There is designated spot for the rental upfront. Please do not park on the grass directly behind the house, there are underground plumbing lines there.

Wife available, as well as Netflix . Please ensure that all guests and pets are accurately included in your reservation. No Fireworks and no discharging of firearms on the premises.
