„Die Zimmer sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen und sehr dunkel! Das Zimmer war sauber aber nicht gelüftet, auch während des Aufenthalts war immer alles verschlossen, sogar die Jalousien. Ich finde es sehr schade das es am Frühstücksbuffette nicht ein Stück frisches Brot gibt, in einer Zone die so gutes Brot hat, dass es in ganz Italien verkauft wird! „Es gab nur mich und einen anderen Gast im Hotel - Kampanien war zu dem Zeitpunkt orangene Corona-Zone. Trotzdem eine unglaublich herzliche Gastfreundschaft! Der Besitzer machte mir sogar ein Abendessen, großartig frisch und lecker, dazu Top-Wein aus der Region. Ein leidenschaftlicher Hotelier, wie ich ihn selten erlebt habe. Hoffe sehr, dass sein Haus gut durch die Pandemie kommt. Es wäre sehr schade drum. “

„Abbiamo trovato un Hotel con gestione familiare con personale molto gentile, cortese e disponibile. Menomale la camera era riscaldata, visto che il tempo era un pò bruttino. Purtroppo il termostato non si poteva regolare ma volendo si poteva staccare del tutto, in caso di avesse caldo. Quindi ok. Colazione con cornetto e caffè o cappuccino servito al tavolo, piccolo buffet con frutta fresca, yogurt, diverse merendine, fette biscottate e marmellata ecc. Molto carino. Wifi forse un pò da ...

„Ho pernottato una notte presso l hotel Hypnos e sono rimasto piacevolmente sorpreso dal livello offerto. Nuovo, parcheggio interno chiuso, camera ampia, accessori interni (accappatoio) e cura dei particolari. Anche il ristorante di livello, cena ottima. Altra nota positiva la gentilezza e disponibilità dello staff! Consiglio e personalmente terrò presente per altri pernotti.“

„The hotel is nice and clean, but the confort level is 3*. It has a great swimmingpool and nice garden but we could not use it because of a wedding that was programmed in the week.The rooms are small and do not have a view. The beds were not confortable.The breackfast was ok. We also enjoyed the dinner in the restaurant that was excelent!!!. However, the personell gets unpolite especially at the reception and they behave that they do not understand what you want if you have specific questions.“

„The proprietors are very helpful and charming, and the property is well situated to the arch and shopping. This is a small hotel and there are stairs (but there is a funicular if needed). There is free street parking available but the reserved area directly in front requires a fee if used overnight. Highly recommend if you’re staying in Benevento.“
