That is not a negative and the location is ideal for bars and restaurants. The management company was friendly and very responsive. “

Santa Barbara and Ventura are a half-hour drive. The unit is ideal for a couple or solos and the owner is very responsive. Pool and hot tub access is included as well as off-street parking.“

The condo has a lot of nice touches including beach gear, games and books. My husband and I traveled with our adult son, who slept on a fold out couch. We enjoyed the patio area outside for coffee in the morning. It’s an easy walk to the beach, which is where we spent most of our time. It was very enjoyable. “
