« Needed to book only one night with pet. Room was immaculate, all was very new and everything we needed. Cold air was a plus. Communication with host was punctual and thorough. There is a small park just a block towards water that we enjoyed strolling through in late evening. Would definitely recommend and book again. »

« Everything was perfect!Apartment was roomy and clean.And communication with manager Yohan was excellent.We had a great time!BTW....... there's a Winn Dixie just south of the property on the right.No need to drive the miles north to Publix......like I did! »

« The elevator on the property was not reliably functional, and during my stay I was stuck in the elevator TWICE. This property was listed as accessible, and as a disabled person I was relying on that elevator to get in and out of my rental unit. »

« I had a wonderful stay. I was looking for quiet and tranquility and that is what I had. I checked in late but they made everything very easy for me and checked in with them in the morning. Check no it was very easy. I did not need much but the view was beautiful. Even though the pool was right next to me it was still quiet and peaceful. Everything was clean and well stock with the things needed. The staff was very friendly and kind. I will definitely stay again. »

« The front desk staff member was great during check-in, but unfortunately the rest of the experience was extremely disappointing. Expedia incorrectly charged us for two properties when we had only booked one for four people, and they have been very unhelpful in resolving the issue and refund.
To make matters worse, the property we were given was not the one we originally selected when booking. On arrival, we noticed fingernails at the entrance, and the property itself was very dirty and dusty,...
