2026 Beach Update: The City of Isle of Palms is carrying out a beach renourishment project, expected to move along the beach in sections between summer and fall 2026. Because crews work steadily down the shoreline, any impact to a specific area is temporary, and the beach stays open with access outside active work zones. A final schedule hasn't been released yet — we're tracking updates and are happy to provide guidance based on your travel dates. Tidewater H104 is a beautifully maintained two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo at the Tidewater community — one of Wild Dunes’ most beloved oceanfront complexes. The screened porch sits above the pool and dunes with views of the ocean that guests love sipping morning coffee in front of. Walking out to the beach is super easy and direct, the pool is excellent, and the washer/dryer are newer — a genuine quality-of-life upgrade when dealing with beach towels and sandy clothes all week.

Everything is fresh, clean, and set up for a nice long beach stay. Great parking with easy load/unload access. The kind of place guests plan to come back to if it’s not already booked.

Tidewater H104 guests have exclusive access to the Tidewater oceanfront community pool. Please note that the pools at the Boardwalk Inn, Sweetgrass Inn, and Sweetgrass Fitness Center are reserved for resort hotel guests only and are not available to vacation rental guests. Wild Dunes does not have a central pool open to all visitors — pool access is specific to your community.

🏋️ Fitness

The fitness center at Wild Dunes is reserved for resort hotel guests only. We recommend the Isle of Palms Recreation Center as a fantastic alternative — featuring a cardio room, fitness classes, and brand new courts just a quick drive down Palm Blvd.

🎾 Tennis & Pickleball
