Inside, a spacious hallway with cloakroom awaits you, leading you to two barrier-free rooms on the ground floor. The fully equipped kitchen with a cosy dining area, a comfortable living room, a spacious bathroom and an inviting conservatory, which can accommodate up to 15 people for convivial hours, will make your stay comfortable and unforgettable. All 7 guest rooms are equipped with washing facilities and offer hot and cold water. There is also a cot and high chair available on request, and for added convenience there is a further shower with WC and a separate WC in the house.
The surcharge for booking a double room as a single room is €5.00 per person per night.
Arrival is possible from 16.00 hrs, departure must be by 10.00 hrs.
The natural outdoor area of the detached house invites you to linger with its large lawn and attractively planted borders. A barbecue, garden loungers, tables and chairs with parasols provide the ideal place to switch off and relax in summer. Here you can enjoy the peace and beauty of nature to the full.
Situated close to the lake, swimming pool and Bad Steben thermal baths, which are all about 4 km away, our house also offers practical proximity to shopping facilities for daily needs directly in the village. In addition, there is enough space for up to 6 vehicles and bicycles in front of the house and in the car park in front of it.
