„This is an outstanding facility in a secluded location. The design of the hotel is giving you the feeling of being in a dream. The personnel is extremely service oriented. Yet very professional, and keep a healthy distance to the clients. The pools are beautiful. Unfortunately, -although we did not move out for a second out of the hotel over the 5 days we spent in Ixtapa - my partner and I got very sick on the last day, and worse on the way back to Europe. „We are not resort types but this one is the best of both worlds. You can participate in activities and eat there, but you are not forces and nice beach restaurants and others are just a few minutes away. The whole place is in top shape and exceptionally nice. Staff throughout amazing and good in English. “

„Very enjoyable resort. If you have mobility issues, I do not recommend it for you. It is built into a cliff side. Beautiful views but lots of stairs and uneven surfaces. “
