„The facilities of the hotel are poorly located with elevators serving all floors on the one side only and amenities on the opposite sides. Restaurants served good food with exception of bread which were stale and dry at every sitting. The local wine prices are expensive more than $80 for a bottle of local Merlot. „The rooms were very clean, the staff was very helpful and spoke some English. Carlos at the concierge desk was amazing!! Very helpful with lining up taxi's for daily touring. and also with getting us ready for departing to the airport. Food was good, the special restaurants were very good. They really stepped it up this year with the desserts! Love that they have the ice cream machine. This is our 5th year staying there, amazing views, we will be back!!“

„Unfreundlicher und umständlicher Check-in. Extrem laute Animation beim Pool und in der Lobby. Sehr schöne Lage direkt am Meer. Zimmer war sehr gross und schön. Qualität der Speisen und Auswahl des Buffets eher mittelmässig. Personal im Restaurant war freundlich. Wer einen ruhigen Urlaub verbringen möchte ist hier aber sicher fehl am Platz“

„Our favorite resort to date and we are fairly seasoned travellers. Food was fantastic! Rooms are incredible. Staff are friendly and helpful though most don't speak great English. Tons of activities to do. Infinity pool was lovely. Use of restaurants and activities at neighboring pool was a great bonus! The only negative would be the lack of beach and fear of crocodiles in the water! But we would highly recommend this property to all and plan to be back!“

„Villas del Vigía had the most amazing view I have come across! Unfortunately, all three beds that were included in the villa were extremely hard, almost rock hard. I mentioned to the person in charge that my mom, who was staying with me, could no longer put up with her back pain and if there was anything they could do (like switch the mattress for example) The reply was “we will see what we can do” and never hear back on that topic again, and a week later we checked out.
