The home is positioned near the shoreline with ocean views, and the den and the main level look out over the beach. Beach access is just moments away. Beach chairs and beach carts are provided, and beach towels are included, so the walk to the sand takes no planning.

YOUR PRIVATE POOL

When you rent the full property, your group has exclusive use of the pool area. The pool has a sloped entry and a wheelchair lift. A poolside bathroom and an outdoor shower keep wet feet off the floors inside, and the grill and entertaining space make poolside family dinners easy. Kids can swim while the adults relax, and evenings are made for gathering after a beach day.

TWO PRIVATE ELEVATORS

There are two private elevators, one per side, so moving luggage, groceries, and every member of the group between levels is simple.

DEN AND LIVING SPACE

The den and the private living room give the group room to spread out. Stay connected with WiFi, watch the television, or set up a laptop on the laptop friendly space. Ceiling fans, air conditioning, and heating keep the home comfortable in every season.

KITCHEN & DINING

The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, blender, and a coffee maker that brews both drip coffee and K Cup pods. Dishes, utensils, and cooking basics are provided, and the dining table is set up for shared meals and casual conversation.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS

Two king bedrooms, four queen bedrooms, and two bunk bedrooms give every couple, family, and group of kids a place to land. Six full bathrooms keep mornings moving. Stair gates are available for little ones, and the bedroom doors have locks.

EVERYDAY COMFORTS

A washer and dryer are in the home, so you can pack light for a longer stay. An iron, hangers, extra pillows and blankets, and essentials are provided, and a first aid kit and fire extinguisher are on hand.
