Roll in from the beach, pull into the garage, and let your private elevator carry the luggage, the groceries, and the beach bags straight up to the top floor, with no stairs and no hauling. Upstairs, the home is bright and welcoming, with a private living room, a full kitchen, and the ocean view you booked for. It is a home built for coming and going all day, from sand to shower to sunset on the patio.

OCEAN VIEWS AND BEACH ACCESS

Victory sits along the shoreline in Fernandina Beach with ocean views and direct beach access, so the sand is an easy trip from your door. Beach towels are provided, which means you can head out for a morning on the beach, come back for lunch, and go out again with nothing to pack.

YOUR PRIVATE ELEVATOR

Victory has its own private elevator, running from the garage to the top floor, with easy access between levels. It is a rare feature for a beach home on Amelia Island and a real help for families with little ones, gear, and grocery runs.

THE POOL

The communal pool is on the property for afternoon swims between beach trips. When you rent Victory alone, the pool area is shared with the adjacent unit. When both sides are rented together, your group has exclusive use of the entire property and pool.

LIVING ROOM

The private living room is a comfortable place to gather after a day on the beach. Watch the television, stay connected with WiFi, or set up a laptop on the laptop friendly space. Ceiling fans, central air conditioning, and heating keep the home comfortable all year.

KITCHEN & DINING

The full kitchen has a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, blender, and toaster. Dishes, utensils, cooking basics, and barbecue utensils are provided, and the dining table is set up for shared meals. Children's dinnerware is available for the younger guests.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS

The king suite, two queen bedrooms, and the bunk room give adults and kids flexible places to sleep. Room darkening shades help everyone sleep in, the bedroom doors have locks, and stair gates are available for little ones. Three full bathrooms keep mornings moving.

EVERYDAY COMFORTS

A washer and dryer are in the home, so you can pack light. An iron, clothing storage, hangers, towels, and extra pillows and blankets are provided, along with a first aid kit and a fire extinguisher.

PATIO, BACKYARD, AND BBQ

Step out to the patio or balcony for the ocean breeze, relax in the garden or backyard, or fire up the BBQ for a casual coastal meal.

Victory is Side A of a duplex with a mirror image layout to Side B. You can rent Liberty (Side B), or reserve both sides together as Operation Beach Freedom for the whole estate.

GOOD TO KNOW

Check in is after 4:00 PM, and checkout is before 10:00 AM, with a maximum occupancy of 8 guests. Free parking is included. When you rent Victory alone, the pool area is shared with the adjacent unit. Pets are welcome, with a maximum of 2. A rear owner condo on the property is private and not part of the rental program.
