I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the condition of the room during my recent stay at your hotel October 10th-11th. I booked the 10th-12th but could not stay the second night. I had expected a clean, safe, and comfortable environment, but unfortunately, my experience was quite the opposite.
Upon arrival, we were immediately met with the overpowering smell of ozone. An ozone machine was running in the room. We unplugged it and brought it to the front desk. While this may have been intended to address odors or mold, the lingering ozone was extremely unpleasant and raised serious health concerns. As you may know, ozone exposure has been associated with respiratory irritation, chest pain, coughing, and can exacerbate asthma and other health conditions. It is not something guests should be exposed to at any concentration upon entering a room.
Unfortunately, the ozone wasn’t the only issue. The room had a strong moldy odor, suggesting that there may be deeper maintenance issues. The floors were visibly dirty. When I accidentally spilled a small amount of juice and wiped it up with a napkin, the napkin came away black—a clear sign that the floor had not been properly cleaned.
Additionally, although the room was labeled as "pet friendly," I was surprised to find a very old and dusty tennis ball behind the bed. The amount of dust on it was concerning—it was so thick it appeared almost furry. This not only indicates a lack of thorough cleaning but also raises que
