We are sorry to hear you had an issue with the tour providers that you booked independently without the assistance of our concierge causing you additional expenses. We encourage our future guests to allow our concierge to book tours so our guests do not experience overcharging and lack of promised service. The jacuzzi pump was repaired within 48 hours; although we were sorry that it malfunctioned during a portion of your stay. As our concierge had daily contact with you and as host I am always available, we are sorry the guest did not make us aware of the uneven bed issue. We always make an effort to fix any guest issues for a perfect stay! The road is classified as public and maintained by the Municipality. We encourage our future guests to consider our recommendations on rentals and local transportation options that are aware of the area and road conditions. The guests were excellent and we recommend to any other hosts!

Absolutely fantastic guests! Communication with Joseph was great! All guests in this group were highly respectful of the villa and it was a real pleasure to host this entire group!
