Un hôtel moyenne gamme . Pas du tout du 5 étoiles vu l'état de l'hôtel et ses chambres. Pour moi c'est une honte que Sheraton propose ce type d hôtels avec un standard de 5 étoiles qui est en vrai équivalent de 3 étoiles

Good value for money
A little too far from the center. Ask for a room WITH a window, mine was opaque. The bed is comfortable but not more. People are friendly, service is really good.

Toujours la qualité des Sheraton
L'endroit très agrèable mais toujours au style américain. Très propre par rapport aux standards indiens. Le seul hic était les pigeons dehors la fenêtre qui donnent une mauvaise impression de la propreté de l'hotel.

Four Points Sheraton, welcome comfort and great service
Both at reception and in the restaurant we had very good service with attention to detail. The food in the restaurant was very tasty and interesting. I particularly enjoyed trying the 'cottage cheese' curry. Delicious. The kids liked it too, especially the naam bread. The views from the hotel are across Jaipur and not glamorous but I found it fascinating. There was an Indian supermarket below where my son bought a cricket bat and i got some saris on the first floor in a calm environment. We also had a relaxing massage near the pool. We were there in early March so it was a bit chilly in the pool, but a nice place to have a cup of tea and do a few brisk lengths.

la plupart des grands hôtels sont éloignés des centre villes en Inde; ce n'est pas le cas de cet hôtel situé à 10-15 minutes du Palais des Vents.

Hotel lobby pas accueillante. Chambres bien et insonorisation très bien. Petit déjeuner copieux et avec beaucoup de choix. Bien placé - pas très loin des points touristiques de centre ville. Allez y sans craintes.

I have stayed at many Sheraton properties around the world. This one probably ranks at the bottom of my list. The property is extremely old. Requires renovation and maintenance. It is not worthy of a four star rating. I had many issues during my stay. The first room we were given had a cockroach. No hot water in the shower (barely luke warm). I stayed there during the winter, so not having hot water was an issue. The food service at the restaurant is extremely slow. Overall very subpar experience for the price. Not at all worth it.

Food was good, but the hotel condition is not as showcased in the pictures. Very poorly maintained. Also airport pick up is a scam, they say 800Rs but end up charging you more than 1000Rs when the actual Uber rate is around 130Rs. Wouldn’t recommend the hotel for the price.

Worst 5 star hotel ever!!!
Worst customer service ever. Initially when we came in staff refused to help assist with luggage. Then we were allocated a room where the air conditioning wasn't working. Then on the day of check-out at 9AM they call and ask when are you leaving the room. We asked the hotel can you please assist with a taxi as our driver cancelled totally ignored. Also they have a swimming pool, perhaps there's more piegons and their poop than human beings. I wonder how they're even a 5 star hotel. I highly recommend you don't stay at this hotel.

The air condition in the room was not working and then they changed our room to 7th floor which was very tough to communicate with the front desk since the phone was not working. I would not recommend anyone to stay at this hotel it’s just waste of money!

The property location is terrible. The spa should be better with better service. Shower floors need some cleaning. Most staff are nice apart from a guy at the front office . He’s dark and around 5.4 feet tall. He didn’t seem to be happy I was there. When I tried to book , he said it full booked. Yet the rooms were available on Expedia. I felt unsafe around him. He should not be at the front desk if he cannot accommodate every race .

Nice hotel, very good service, quite Ok restaurant. A couple of things: I needed to do a business call and could not use my bedroom as my wife and child were there. The hotel was not useful in helping out. I was not allowed to use the (empty) event rooms and after asking if there was a place where I could have a private conversation I was told simply "no". Separate comment: the hotel is part of Sheraton, an international chain; I was surprised at the lack of international (particularly western) choices from the restaurant. Pasta was listed, without description, and when I inquired, the waiter could not explain beyond saying they had a red one, a white one and a oink one... Finally, they have s nice small store where they sell fabrics and handicrafts. The vendor is very pushy, was asking my wife for her phone number and made her uncomfortable enough that by the end of the stay she didn't want to go by the restaurant by herself because the store was next to it. There was another vendor there next to the restaurant, selling puppets, and was also very pushy trying to sell every time we walked towards the restaurant. Not really expected in this kind of hotel...

Worst service in hospitality industry
One of the worst properties in terms of service. Following events occurred with us: 1. During check-in when I was mailing ID documents front office executive started attending another customer 2. Since next morning we had to drop our son to his school early for SAT exam, we requested for packed breakfast for him. Next morning I called the reception 20 min before leaving and was told breakfast is ready. But when we reached reception it wasn’t. Also the breakfast that we asked for wasn’t packed instead he was given two muffins and some cut fruits. We left since he had to reach school and child was empty stomach till 1pm as he doesn’t eat such things. 3. We reached hotel around 3pm and that was when room was being cleaned and was not cleaned properly. 4. Around 5pm I was making coffee and since there was no stirrer in the room asked room service. Even after 45 min nothing came and I called reception got bit angry then they got tray full of stirrer and spoons. 5. On first morn while bf we were told it’s available till 11 am, so next morn we reached restaurant by 10:45 and asked for some eggs to be made but that never came. And wishing 5 min all food was taken. No one came and checked if we want to place last order or need anything since they are closing. When complaint to manager they apologised and later on my insistence Ex Director of the hotel came yo visit us. Not sure if any action will be taken to improve service, cleanliness etc to keep us quiet gifted chocolates.

WORTH CONSIDERING FOR JAIPUR STAY:)
Overall experience was good. PROS were excellent location, ambience, staff helpfulness, facilities, buffet breakfast, cleanliness. CONS were food portions in in-room dining were smaller than expected and the whole outside look of the hotel needs upliftment & renovation.

Waste of Money
No staff to escorts you to your room post check in. Quality of food is beyond pathetic, waiters sent to your room are just the worst, I have had better experience in local hotels in jaipur with the staff. Cold tea is served... If you ask for glasses they will not even bother to clean them. Roti served in dinner is made from flour that has gone bad and smells, if you tell them about their service they will simply grinn back at you. I asked for the manager and no one bothered to call me or come to my room to speak... Dont waste your money, you will get better services at a local hotel.

Perfect location for early morning flights. Brilliant staff with great and helpful attitude. Comfortable room and nice, cozy beds. In room anenities with free supply of bottled water and tea and coffee anenities. A vegetarian restaurant accross thecroad offers a very rich and varied menu at very affordable price.
