The Space:

Rivergum Lodge by Tiny Away is nestled in Jancourt East, Victoria, just 2.5 hours from Melbourne. Surrounded by towering gums, rich farmland, and the sounds of native birdlife, our peaceful farm stay offers a relaxing escape into nature. Explore iconic destinations including Port Campbell National Park, the Twelve Apostles limestone stacks, Loch Ard Gorge, London Bridge, Gibson Steps, and Simpson Speedway.



A cozy 139-square-foot tiny home with easy access to water, split air conditioning, a kitchenette, cooking equipment, and excellent bathroom facilities. These amenities include an eco-friendly cassette toilet with a removable waste holding tank, hand basin, and gas-heated shower—making it a perfect choice among relaxing holiday homes.



❌ NOTICE TO ALL: Firepit and firewood are temporarily unavailable until further notice due to very dry grass conditions that may pose a fire hazard. This precaution is for guest safety. Thank you for your understanding.



Guest Access:

Guests can access the tiny home and its surrounding areas, except for the land host's private residence.



Preorders with 24 hrs notice:

After a day of exploration, enjoy local treats at Timboon’s cafés, ice cream shops, and distilleries, explore the Food Artisan Trail, Rail Trail walks, and the Great Ocean Road, and pick up essentials at Ritchies IGA in Timboon.

By car:

- From Melbourne 2hrs and 22 mins, 199klms, Nearest town is Timboon at 15 mins away and 19klms.

- A bigger town is Warrnambool 57mins away at 71klms.



By public transport:

- No Public transport available



Other Things to Note:

- Pets are not allowed

- No Available BBQ Grill

- All mobile reception is weak signal

- No smoking inside, except in designated areas

- Given the rural setting, children are not allowed on the property.

- Make sure to turn off the lights, AC, electronics, close windows and doors when leaving

- We would like to advise guests that longer stays or later check-outs will incur an additional charge

- Due to the nature of the property, abundant wildlife may be present on the property.

- For stays of 5 nights or more, an additional cleaning fee will be collected to help maintain the cassette toilets and ensure a clean and fresh experience for all guests. We appreciate your understanding.
