Welcome to Camp MJ, a 4-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom mountain home hosted by Georgia Cabins for YOU, sleeping up to 13 guests inside the gated Big Canoe community. Whether your group is here to hike the trails, hit the golf course, or settle into the mountain quiet, Camp MJ gives everyone room to spread out and do it their way.

Inside Camp MJ
The main level opens to a great room with a stone wood-burning fireplace, hardwood floors, and a granite kitchen with stainless appliances and breakfast bar — a large dining table seats everyone together. The primary king suite has a soaking tub and walk-in shower; a second king suite adds another private retreat. Two more queen bedrooms (one with a bunk bed) and a lower-level queen round out sleeping for 13, with a powder room keeping traffic moving.

Outdoor Spaces + Game Room
The screened porch — stone wood-burning fireplace, wicker seating, mountain quiet all around —
is where the group will spend most evenings. The open deck adds a gas grill, picnic table, and
lounge chairs; the outdoor hot tub is waiting after a long day on the trails. Downstairs, the game
room has a foosball table, pool table, and flat-screen TV, plus laundry and an extra fridge.

- Big Canoe is a gated community — all guests must check in at the gatehouse upon arrival. Your gate pass will be provided in your booking confirmation.
- The driveway is flat and paved. 4-wheel drive is recommended for accessing the property. 2 parking spaces available.
- This property is not pet-friendly, including service animals.
- While some community amenities in Big Canoe are free, others may require an on-site fee — this is not included in the rental price.
- All Big Canoe amenities are provided and managed through a third party. Georgia Cabins for YOU is not liable for amenity availability, maintenance, downtime, or closures under any
circumstances.
