Spent 1 night and it was great! The hotel is the farthest from the city center of Jasper, but it’s such a small city that it doesn’t really matter! Clean room, friendly staff! Thin walls, but our neighbours were respectful and didn’t stay up to late. I would recommend!!

We had a nice day in the maligne lodge, everything was clean and the staff was really sympathetic! But the TV wasn’t working properly, and we got disturbed by the train passing by. But the place was great I recommend this place !

Le frigo congèle la nourriture. Le tapis semble sale et ça sentait mauvais un peu en arrivant. Mais le reste est très bien. L'autre chambre d'à côté ne sentait pas mauvais. Mais le frigo congelait aussi la nourriture. Pas de dimmer, donc.

Bon rapport qualité/prix. Lits confortables. Restaurant pour le déjeuner à proximité (non inclus). Stationnement facile. Les lieux auraient besoin de quelques rénovations pour être plus attrayants (changer les calorifères qui sont vraiment très âgés, enlever les tapis et rajeunir certains meubles comme le fauteuil). L'endroit était tout de même propre avec cuisinette dans notre chambre.

Excessivement cher pour la qualité pauvre de cet hotel vieillot, prélart de la salle de bain décollé, rideau douche taché, odeur désagréable de vieux tapis dans la chambre, voisins qui font venir des escortes et party toute la nuit, piscine froide et non chauffée. L'hotel le plus cher que j'ai jamais payé et un des pires mais c'est ca dormir à Jasper j'imagine. Seul point positif, des draps propres.

Don't let the exterior of the building discourage you. The bedrooms were well kept and clean. Staff were friendly and helpful during the check in process. Walls were extremely thin because we could hear our neighbour's running water and parking could be a bit tight. The lodge is close to lots of food options and supermarkets. Highly recommend for the price we paid.

The front office staff were very friendly. The room had an odor of cat pee. This motel was at the edge of the town so a little more walking to get to amenities. Didn't realize that our room had a fridge until the last day when we were leaving. It was hidden in the dresser. A heads up about that would have been nice.

It was good place to stay for a night. Clean and safe. Extra dead bolt lock from inside. Has a little kitchen with access to utensils, stove microwave, fridge kettle coffee maker etc.

This place and price point matched appropriately. The room had lots of space and everything worked. A tiny bit dated and about 10mins walk from all the shops and restaurants. VERY helpful staff and nice hot tub

This is an older hotel but in relatively good condition. It seemed clean but I was concerned there was no top sheet on the bed, only a bottom / fitted sheet and the duvet. I was told this is normal for this hotel and the staff strips the duvet cover when a guest checks out. (?) The refrigerator in my room did not work and no effort was made to fix or replace it. When I asked for a rate reduction due to this I was told since I booked through Expedia a discount could not be offered. I was offered a breakfast voucher but since I had already eaten and was departing that was of no value. This is the 2nd issue I've had with Expedia booking and probably will not use them again.
