« The cabin was great. We enjoyed our stay very much. Local cuisine was very good and Amicalola Falls was amazing. The property is very secluded and quiet, which was nice. For sure need a 4x4 to access this property. The creek you have to cross was serene, quiet and clear when we arrived. However, it rained hard the last night we stayed and that creek became a raging torrent or muddy water several feet deep. It was a little scary leaving. « The cabin was clean, we liked the shampoo/conditioner/body wash dispenser in the shower. I was very pleased when we arrived and there were several different types of coffee (the only thing I would suggest is to use the small liquid creamers instead of the packets of dry creamer). I liked that paper products were supplied instead of actual dishes, glasses etc., that way we could just throw them away. « Extremely cozy cabin in the remote woods! The cabin was very clean & had very soft sheets. I appreciate the fact they think about the little things, such as keeping a steamer next to the laundry room just in case you needed to steam your clothes. The kitchen was extremely well stocked with applicances as well! The property was gorgeous- located right on the river. I loved having my coffee outside on the swing overlooking the river. What an excellent stay!! We will definitely be coming back! »

« Location, location, location! This property is surrounded by acres of silent privacy smack in the middle of the mountainous woods, yet you can be in historic downtown Ellijay within 10 minutes. It’s also quite close to all the apple orchards and Amicalola Falls which is an outstanding state park! »

« Cabin was in the perfect mountain spot. Plenty to see outdoors close by. Was also close to several of the smaller towns for shopping/sightseeing.We enjoyed our stay exploring the area. »

« Great stay! Very close/convenient to Dahlonega. Our kids loved the hot tub, panning for gold and trying to fish, although there weren’t any fish in the pond when we stayed and the fishing supplies could use a bit of updating/repair! Everything was stocked very well inside the home, even with a few welcome snacks! »

« Fantastic stay all around. We brought dinner home and the kitchen had everything we needed. Had coffee on the back porch and watched deer running through the neighborhood. Great location close to town but not too close. We will be back. »
