I didnât eat at the hotel but they do offer a limited range of food and beverages. Albaik is across the road and a large mall is close by. I would recommend taking a cab to the mall although it is close because the roads are very busy.

« The hotel is nice, but a little dated. It could use a face-lift, especially in bathrooms, and electrical outlets. However, their SPA is simply amazing. Simple, but practical, and clean. The steam bath is the biggest that I have seen in any hotel.

« I do not understand how Mercure can allow this hotel to be part of their chain. I specifically chose a Mercure in order to benefit from international standards. The service at reception was terrible. The Wi-Fi hardly worked and was very spotty (we had to use the one of the room next door because the one in our room didn't work). The TV didn't work.
