Our stay started off rough — there was no hot water the first day. The owner did send someone to repair it the following morning, which we appreciated, but never followed up afterward to apologize or offer any type of compensation for the inconvenience.We paid 881 for our stay (4 adults) thst included a 125 cleaning fee, but the property didn’t fully meet expectations. The garage bedroom and bathroom had a noticeable musty smell, and we ran out of toilet paper during our stay.The outside of the home also needs some general upkeep and attention to improve the overall look and experience.While the location was fine, the lack of communication and maintenance issues made the stay less enjoyable than expected.
