« Living on Long Island for most of my life, and only really seeing stars once before, 33 years ago, I finally got to REALLY see stars again. We all had an amazing time. So much to see on the property that we hardly scraped what can be seen. I would need a real good ax and a month to get a good scope of the property. There was a nice spot to shoot too. Sucked picking up the brass, but it ain't my property, so we did and we got 98% of it up. Thanks Phil »

« This VRBO is as exactly as advertised, maybe even better. We felt so comfortable, and the house was so cozy. The amenities are excellent and are house is perfect for rest and relaxation in scenic Maine along Porter Lake. »

« We had a wonderful stay during school vacation week. We planned to ski all week, but weather had other plans and closed all the lifts, so we had a lot of extra time at the house. We lost electricity and they were out within 45 minutes to hook up the generator for us. Owner/Mgmt company was super responsive to any messages sent. « This was the perfect place to relax and recharge. The house was incredibly clean and welcoming, and we saw deer come out every morning and evening. The river down the road was gorgeous and the wire bridge was cool. There’s some good kayaking and hiking spots not too far. Sam was very responsive. The property management team was able to get us set up in an identical cabin and even went out of their way to bring an extra bed over to accommodate our group size. "Our experience at this cottage was extremely disappointing. After driving for 4 hours, we had to clean for two hours before unpacking to make it a bit more acceptable. Where do I begin, the cottage was very dirty and so are the pots and pans left there to be used by the guests. The kettle on the stove was filled with dirty rusty water, the cast iron pans were greasy and dirty, the table, chairs and wall behind the stove were very sticky. We rented a cottage with a dishwasher thinking we did not have to do the dishes but the dishwasher was out of order and we were not informed of that prior to our arrival..The faucet in the kitchen was wably"
