« Gorgeous mountain location with beautifully done landscaping that attracts lots of butterflies and hummingbirds. If you love a gorgeous view this is the place to go. We even had a visit from a group of White Faced Capuchin including a mommy with tiny baby on her back. Due to our very late arrival we decided to have the owner make us a delicious breakfast and we were not disappointed. »

« Very clean loft, awesome views from the balcony/hot tub, very responsive host. Has everything you need with a convenient store and local restaurant just a couple minutes walk down the street, Poas Volcano/park nearby and the town of Poas 10 minute drive away (huge restaurant selection, gas stations, supermarket etc.). Can get windy as it's up on a hill so bring ear plugs or white noise app if you're a light sleeper »

« This house is located far enough away to not be in the downtown city. The nights and mornings were quiet. Yet close enough to get to the volcano and the beach. (Note everything takes an hour or more to get to) The family enjoyed the stay. The house layout is excellent. The refrigerator, oven, stove are excellent. Important if you like to cook like we do. The gym was good. The only draw back, the pool was cold for some. I thought it was just fine but others thought it could be Heated. All in all,...

You simply have to experience it for yourself.From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed and cared for. We felt absolutely safe the entire time on our girls’ trip. « Super host! Very communicative from start to finish. The accommodations were superb. The kids loved the pool area. We were all entertained with the outdoor living space. Everything easy and accessible in the kitchen, to allow for a lot of “at home” meal preparation. The bedrooms very comfortable, and wheelchair accessible (for my father). A gorgeous backyard garden with a strolling path for everyone, including my father. We will all be back!! »

« Words can’t express how great this property is. The check in process with Yvonne was amazing….she met us in town and we followed her to the house. When I talk about letting your soul relax, this is that kind of place. This property allowed us to fully disconnect and recharge.
