« Clean rooms and great location »

« Nous avons passé 2 jours dans cet hôtel. Tout était bien, nous n'avons eu aucune mauvaise surprise, au contraire, le personnel était accueillant, parking facilement accessible, plusieurs restos à proximité, petite piscine agréable, petit déjeuner à l'américaine (gaufres, bacon, fruit, yaourt, ...), wifi fonctionnel. Environnement genre banlieue chic. »

« Les chambres de cet hôtel ont chacune un thème différent et vous dormez ainsi dans l’ambiance choisie. Une bouteille de cidre et 2 petites bouteilles d’eau sont offertes et le petit-déjeuner vous est déposé à la porte de votre chambre. Royal !! »

« Chambres propres et confortables mais sombres. Salle du petit déjeuner en face de l’accueil pas très agréable. Petit déjeuner buffet bon mais pas très varié. Environnement peu plaisant. »

« On était juste de passage, chambre un peu datée mais confortable, bon petit déjeuner Par contre le lit pour la 5eme personne n’était pas fait, et les draps n’étaient pas dans la chambre »

« Terrible customer service! I booked the property from Expedia app there was nothing stating woman only untill the confirmation I received. I couldn’t check in and asked a refund immediately but nobody helped. The customer service said call me back but I heard nothing only full charge after checking out date. The experience was sucks. I will go through other way to ask a full refund! »

« I would have given a 5 star but our room was the last on the hallway, right above the Trax train track which was rather loud, ending late and starting early. Not the best spot for getting a restful sleep. »
